Shipping Policy

Every toy order is 3D printed just for you in our Alabama shop. From the moment you order, expect your blocks at your door within 2 weeks (US orders). You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your package ships.

United States: flat $8 shipping per order, via USPS.
International: flat $25 per order. Delivery times vary by country and customs. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
The shipping charge is confirmed automatically from your delivery address at checkout.
Landscaping block orders are quoted and delivered separately — request a quote here.

Returns & Replacements

Every set is printed to order, one at a time, by our small family shop in Alabama — nothing comes off a warehouse shelf. That’s what makes our blocks special, and it also shapes what we can take back.

Something wrong with your order? Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We’ll refund the affected pieces, or include free replacements with your next order — whichever you prefer. No need to send anything back.
Changed your mind? Unused sets in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the blocks’ purchase price. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility, and shipping charges aren’t refundable.
Because each set is custom-printed in your chosen colors, we can’t accept returns of used or partial sets.

Privacy Policy

What we collect: when you place an order or use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, shipping address, and order details. That’s it — we use it only to fulfill your order and reply to you.
Payments: checkout is processed by PayPal. Your card number never touches our site or our records. PayPal’s own privacy policy governs payment data.
Contact form: messages are delivered to us by FormSubmit, which processes your submission solely to email it to us.
On your device: your shopping cart is saved in your own browser’s local storage so it survives a page refresh. We run no analytics and no advertising trackers.
We never sell or share your information with anyone except the carriers who deliver your order.
Children: our toys are made for kids, but our store is for grown-ups — we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, email us and we’ll delete it.
Your data, your call: email us anytime to ask what we have on file or to have it deleted.

Terms of Sale

⚠️ WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD — Small parts. Not for children under 3 yrs. Our block toys are recommended for ages 4 and up.
Blocks are 3D printed in PLA+ plastic. Keep them away from high heat — direct sun in a closed car, dishwashers, or radiators can soften and warp them.
Colors are matched to the filament we stock; slight batch-to-batch variation is normal for a handmade product.
Prices and availability may change at any time; orders already placed are always honored at the price paid.
